Liz Gibson brings a strategic mind and a servant-hearted approach to her role as Director of Operations at The Kilpatrick Group. With a background in accounting, marketing, systems development, and team leadership, Liz plays a pivotal role in aligning the day-to-day operations of TKG with its long-term mission: helping funeral homes educate and guide families through planning and prefunding.

She is known for her ability to bring order to complexity—whether she’s building processes, managing cross-functional projects, or supporting the growth of the agents and funeral homes we serve. Liz is the driving force behind many of TKG’s internal innovations, ensuring our team has the tools, training, and support needed to deliver outstanding service across every touchpoint.

Based in Tennessee, Liz balances her passion for professional excellence with a heart for people, always striving to lead with clarity, consistency, and compassion. She and her husband are raising two children, and together they enjoy investing their time in family, community, and faith.
