Grieve Well Live Well
Grieve Well, Live Well is our email-based grief support program, available to every family you serve. It offers comfort, guidance, and ongoing care long after the service has ended.
This thoughtfully designed series includes articles and videos delivered by email, timed to align with the natural progression of the grieving process. Families receive compassionate, real-world support from a certified grief specialist, helping them navigate life after loss.
Spanning 225 days, the program includes dedicated check-ins at 90 and 180 days—moments that are often among the most emotionally difficult.
It’s a powerful and meaningful way to continue serving families—right when they need it most.
Certified Managed Agents (CMA)
While many of our partner funeral homes don’t currently need a preneed counselor, there are just as many that do — and finding the right one for a long-term position can be challenging without the right tools and support after training.
At TKG, we use proven assessment tools to ensure each candidate is the right fit for both the role and the funeral home’s culture. From there, we provide hands-on mentorship through our hip-to-hip training model, ensuring new counselors are set up for long-term success.
To streamline this process, we created the Certified Managed Agent (CMA) Program — designed to help funeral homes of all sizes recruit, hire, and train preneed agents. But our support doesn’t stop there. Through ongoing weekly coaching, our Sales Development Manager works directly with each agent to
strengthen their selling skills using the Elevate presentation, increase overall sales performance, and build a sustainable, long-term preneed program.
The CMA Program was launched with one goal: to help agents grow by connecting them with like-minded professionals and providing the tools they need to succeed.
