Deidre Bruno is the Sales Development Manager at The Kilpatrick Group, where she brings more than a decade of experience in preneed funeral sales and leadership. Her diverse background spans from working as a commission-based sales agent to managing funeral home and cemetery teams, as well as lending her creative skills in graphic design to enhance funeral home marketing and branding.

At TKG, Deidre is deeply committed to training and nurturing the next generation of preneed agents. She focuses on building a strong culture, driving performance, and fostering accountability by equipping agents with the tools and confidence they need to succeed. Known for her creative energy and out-of-the-box thinking, Deidre embraces her unique perspective to bring fresh approaches that drive preneed sales growth and inspire a strong, high-performing team culture.

Her passion extends beyond professional development—she actively hosts monthly Death Cafes in Chicago, creating space for meaningful conversations about life, loss, and legacy. A proud Star Wars fan, Deidre enjoys “glamping” adventures with her spouse and goldendoodle, exploring Chicago’s vibrant foodie and theatre scene, and singing, including a recent performance at Carnegie Hall.
